Account Manager, Customer Service and Live Chart Support
I was hired as a Account manager, and customer service like handling incoming calls and live chat support for a company that provides services for Old refurbished units(ECM, ECU) for a Vehicle They've used ZOHO CRM.
I've assigned multiple accounts on daily basis that I need to take care of, and Follow up with the customer with the updates.
1) Like ordering Parts, checking if that part will fit for their vehicle by decoding the customer VIN Number.
2) Then updating customer with the tracking information, once the unit programmed and ready for the shipment.
