Concept and approach
The Problem
The mobile app was not optimized or informed with good behavioral patterns that users are already familiar with from the norm and therefore, expecting the same for other apps that relate to the same category. Another thing I noticed during the time dedicated to audit the app was that there was no correlation from the app experience to the branding or logo, having a big disconnection and not telling the user what are their most desired actions by not using color or size to help user navigation.
The Solution
I believed the brand had a huge potential to represent a truly web3 app, that could also scale better in the desktop apps as well. The approach was to make extremely obvious and easy to find the key actions such as 'Buy', 'Send', and 'Exchange' but also keep the homescreen with relevant information that the user would not want to miss related to their portfolio, while also removing features that didn't help the product
