While Ironclad Handyman had built a strong word-of-mouth reputation, they struggled with brand recognition and visibility in their community. Their challenges included:
Lack of a professional brand identity that made them stand out from competitors
Low online presence, making it difficult for new customers to find and trust them
Ineffective marketing materials, including outdated business cards and no social media consistency
