The Challenge:

This project aimed to maximize networking opportunities for a design firm attending GITEX and Expand North Star. The goal was to proactively connect with key decision-makers at startups and tech companies — prioritizing recently funded companies and influential voices within the Dubai tech scene — and schedule meetings to make the most of their time at the events.

The Solution:

Targeted Research: Researched attendees at GITEX and Expand North Star, newly funded startups, and top LinkedIn voices in the Dubai tech community relevant to the client.
Strategic Lead Generation: Developed a tailored outreach strategy in close collaboration with the client, using their established LinkedIn presence to maximize outreach effectiveness. Included personalized messaging tailored to the client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Precision Prospect Identification: Targeted ideal prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, filtering by industry, company size, job title, confirmed attendance at GITEX and/or Expand North Star, recent funding announcements, and LinkedIn influencer status.
Relationship Building: Focused on engaging with prioritized prospects and securing meetings during the events, working closely with the client to keep communication and follow-up tight.

The Results:

Generated 600 connection requests on LinkedIn, with a 50% acceptance rate (300 accepted connections).
16.7% of connections (50 contacts) expressed interest in a meeting.
Facilitated 22 potential meeting opportunities by connecting the client with key decision-makers who expressed interest and provided their contact information or scheduling preferences.
