Treskia is an iPhone app that turns the transaction-alert emails Indian banks send into a private spending view. It is in beta on TestFlight.
It connects to Gmail with read-only access, and every email is parsed on the phone. A keyword filter finds the bank alerts, bank-specific patterns pull out the amount, merchant and card, and a small model I fine-tuned and converted to Core ML handles the emails the patterns miss. No email or transaction data reaches a server.
I built it end to end: the Swift 6 app with SwiftUI and SwiftData, Gmail sign-in with a read-only scope, and the model pipeline behind it. That covers labelling real bank emails, fine-tuning the tagger, converting it to Core ML, and an evaluation kit that scores every model version against hundreds of labelled emails before it ships.
