Trends: real-time NIFTY analytics

Real-time NIFTY analytics. Python 3.12, FastAPI and a TimescaleDB/Postgres store, streamed to the browser over server-sent events. The model started as an Excel sheet, went through a Go build, then this Python rewrite; pytest checks the computed numbers against the original Excel outputs so the math can't drift as the code changes.
