Recurva is a SaaS platform built around subscriptions, payments, and customer lifecycle management. The website already had a clean visual direction, but I wanted to make the experience feel a little more interactive.

Instead of asking visitors to scroll through the entire website to understand the product, I explored a simple idea: what if the website could answer their questions for them?

That became the Recurva AI Assistant.

The goal was not to create another chatbot that sits in the corner and says “How can I help?”

The assistant needed to actually understand Recurva and give useful answers about the product, features, integrations, and getting started.

I designed the experience around short, natural conversations so visitors could quickly ask questions without leaving the page.

I created a dedicated AI agent called Recurva Assistant and trained it around the information available across the website.

The personality was intentionally kept simple and helpful. It should feel like a knowledgeable product guide rather than an overly robotic support bot.

I also added suggested questions such as:

These give first time visitors an easy starting point while still allowing them to ask anything they want.

The assistant was then turned into an interactive chat bubble widget, making it accessible without taking over the main website experience.

The idea was to keep the primary journey focused while giving visitors another layer of information whenever they need it.
