Freedcamp - Project Management Platform

Freedcamp is a universal project management platform that provides teams with a wide range of tools to plan, collaborate and manage workflows in one place. The product is designed to be accessible, flexible and easy to use, regardless of team size or task complexity.
I was partnered with Freedcamp to design the product experience from the ground up - including the dashboard, marketing website and iOS application. We defined the core structure, developed user flows, created wireframes and established a cohesive visual system across all platforms.
The goal was to build a scalable, intuitive and visually consistent ecosystem that simplifies complex project management while maintaining flexibility for different user needs.

What I Did

End-to-End Product Design (Dashboard UX/UI)
Information Architecture & User Flow Design
Wireframing (High-Fidelity)
Design System Creation
Responsive Design (Desktop + Mobile)
iOS App Design
Marketing Website Design
Brand Direction & Visual Research
Custom Illustration Design

1. Dashboard Wireframing

I developed the dashboard structure through high-fidelity wireframes, focusing on flexible, task-based workflows. The interface is built around modular cards that can be easily moved, edited and organized, supporting dynamic project management. This approach allowed users to manage tasks visually, adapt layouts to their needs and maintain a clear overview of progress, priorities and ongoing work.

2. Website Wireframing & Visual Exploration

In parallel with the product, I've started designing the marketing website by first defining its structure through wireframes. This allowed us to establish content hierarchy, layout logic and key messaging blocks before moving into visual design. Based on the brief, I've then explored multiple visual directions for the website, testing different styles, color approaches and compositions. These explorations helped define a clear and engaging visual identity aligned with the product and brand positioning.

3. Homepage Outcome

The final homepage design establishes a clear, modern and approachable visual direction for Freedcamp. I focused on strong hierarchy, clean layout and expressive visuals, including custom illustrations created specifically for the brand. The result is a balanced and engaging entry point that communicates the product’s value and guides users toward key actions.

4. Website Design

Building on the homepage direction, I designed the full website experience, extending the visual system across all pages. Custom illustrations were developed to support the brand identity and add a distinctive, memorable character to the product. This ensured a cohesive and scalable marketing website aligned with both the product and overall visual direction.

5. Dashboard Visual Implementation

I've extended the approved visual direction from the website to the dashboard, applying it across all wireframes. This ensured a consistent visual language between marketing and product experiences. The interface was refined with unified components, color logic and spacing, transforming structural wireframes into a cohesive and polished product UI.

6. Design System

I've developed a comprehensive design system to support consistency across the entire product. It includes reusable components, color styles, typography and standardized UI elements. This system ensured a unified visual language while enabling efficient scaling and future feature development.

7. Responsive Design & iOS App Design

I've designed responsive versions of the marketing website to ensure a seamless experience across all screen sizes. Layouts were adapted to preserve hierarchy, readability and visual consistency on mobile devices. In parallel, I've developed a dedicated iOS application based on the dashboard experience. Complex workflows were translated into a simplified and intuitive mobile interface, maintaining core functionality while adapting to mobile usage patterns.

Results

I've designed a complete product ecosystem from the ground up, including the platform, iOS app and marketing website, all aligned within a unified visual and UX framework. The result is a scalable, intuitive and cohesive experience that simplifies project management workflows and provides a strong foundation for future product growth.
