Context Manual data preparation and inconsistent reporting definitions made it harder for stakeholders to obtain reliable insights.

My contribution I led a dbt transformation-layer initiative to standardize ETL/ELT and data modeling. I prioritized core data models to resolve reporting discrepancies and establish a consistent basis for dashboards.

Outcome The initiative eliminated manual preparation and accelerated access to insights. Addressing the underlying models also helped resolve conflicting reporting results.
