Context Product teams needed a clearer way to monitor projects and investigate important metric changes.

My contribution I independently learned Metabase and developed a BI dashboard for product teams. The dashboard made project monitoring and critical metric changes more accessible to stakeholders.

Outcome The dashboard strengthened self-service analytics and helped teams track significant changes, including metric shifts of 80%. That figure describes the size of a monitored change, not an improvement attributed to the dashboard.
