The Solution: We designed ClarityAI a dark-mode productivity dashboard that unifies meetings, projects, calendar, and AI assistance into one focused workspace. A lime-green accent system on a deep neutral canvas creates energy without distraction, making it feel powerful and calm at the same time.

What we focused on:

Personalized Welcome Strip: A time-aware greeting with live stats 101hrs saved, 30 projects completed, 8 in-progress gives users an instant pulse on their productivity before anything else.

Quick Join Bar: Live avatar presence indicators and a one-click meeting join strip remove all friction from jumping into a call.

Latest Projects Grid: Active project cards with urgency tags, progress indicators, team avatars, and status badges give project health at a glance no clicking required.

Integrated Calendar: A clean October 2025 mini-calendar with upcoming meetings Investment Meeting, Design Meetup, Strategy Alignment, Product Launch keeps the day visible at all times.

Recent Recordings Table: Meeting recordings with duration, creator name, and timestamp surfaced directly in the dashboard so nothing gets lost after a call.

Ask AI Sidebar: A dedicated AI entry point built directly into the navigation — not buried in settings making intelligent assistance a first-class feature.
