The brief was to write up a menu themed after a singer or group of choice. So who better than to be my muse than the singer of everyone's favorite summer single "Espresso" - Sabrina Carpenter.

Imagining it was for a pop-up gelato shop to promote her newest single “Espresso” and her other top hits for the perfect "hot girl summer", it's a little cheeky, a little spicy, and a little lovey-dovey.
