Spec portfolio project using fictional data in a contained sandbox — not client work or a live deployment.
I designed an Excel-to-Word-to-SharePoint workflow control suitable for a Power Automate implementation. The model maps Excel input into five named Word content controls and prepares sandbox-only SharePoint metadata targeting /Sandbox/Generated.
The fixture contains four controlled cases: one approved success, one duplicate event, one missing-required-field exception, and one human-approval hold. The acceptance run generated one document, skipped the duplicate idempotently, kept the missing-field exception visible, and held the unapproved row.
All six named acceptance checks passed, including source-to-output reconciliation and SharePoint metadata reconciliation. Seven artifacts are hash-bound. The run performed zero external actions and zero production writes.
AI-assisted tools supported implementation and QA; the final specimen was reviewed and tested. No client, deployment, revenue, or business outcome is claimed.
