I designed and built a responsive marketing site for Big Iron Construction, an owner-operated residential construction and repair business serving the South Bay and Monterey Bay.
The interface turns a broad service offering into a clear decision path: location and service context first, visible proof and scope next, then direct estimate calls to action. The system includes responsive navigation, project imagery, service-area pages, contact flows, structured LocalBusiness data, accessible labels, and consent-first analytics.
The visual direction uses warm construction tones, large editorial hierarchy, and restrained cards so the work stays primary.
This case study describes the website and design decisions only. It does not claim traffic, leads, rankings, revenue, or other client outcomes.
Responsive local-service website built around trust, clear scope, accessible interaction, and direct estimate paths. No traffic, lead, ranking, or revenue outcomes are claimed.
