Role: Product and Brand designer
Clinisync is a comprehensive medical platform that connects healthcare providers and patients. Serving as both a B2B and B2C solution, it simplifies the healthcare process by offering hospitals and clinics a centralized system for appointment management and patient data storage. Patients benefit by managing their healthcare appointments, accessing medical history, and receiving recommendations seamlessly across multiple providers. This unified platform aims to enhance user experience and operational efficiency for both healthcare providers and patients alike.
Problem Statement
The healthcare system is fragmented, with patients needing to access different platforms and websites to manage their appointments, history, and recommendations from multiple clinics and hospitals. Similarly, hospitals face difficulties in managing appointments, patient records, and feedback using outdated systems.
Patients struggle with managing their healthcare data and appointments across various platforms.
Hospitals and clinics lack a centralized system to manage patient records, appointment histories, and feedback.
Existing platforms either serve one side of the equation (patients or hospitals), making it inefficient for both users.
A large number of competitors provide similar functionalities but do not offer a unified solution for managing medical care across multiple providers.
Goal
For Hospitals/Clinics (B2B):
Build an intuitive appointment and patient management platform.
Provide a centralized data storage system for patient information
Enable doctors to upload and manage notes, images, andrecommendations.
Allow super admins to manage multiple branches, doctors,and appointments.

Create a single platform where patients can view and manage appointments across different hospitals and clinics
Allow patients to store and access medical data and approveddoctor notes.
Provide post-appointment recommendations from multiplehealthcare providers in one place.
Offer AI chatbot assistance to simplify appointment booking and
