Overview
Redesigned the internal insurance management system WISE 2.0 used by Worth Ave. Group in collaboration with Progressive.
Problem
The legacy system had complex workflows, outdated UI, and low usability, slowing down operations related to product creation, policy management, and third-party integrations.
Solution
Delivered a complete UX overhaul with modular UI components, intuitive navigation, and a workflow-oriented structure that reduces friction in daily tasks.
