Problem: Grainer's beta version required a robust and optimized frontend to ensure a smooth user experience and effective SEO. Additionally, they needed to optimize their onboarding process and conduct a thorough competitor analysis to stay competitive in the market.
Hypothesis: By building a user-friendly and SEO-optimized frontend, improving the onboarding process, and conducting a comprehensive competitor analysis, Grainer would be able to enhance user engagement, increase visibility, and secure the necessary funds for their projects.
Actions Taken:
Frontend Development: Built the frontend of the beta version of the Islamic crowdfunding platform using Nuxt.js, Typescript, and Tailwind.css, providing a seamless and attractive user interface.
SEO Optimization: Optimized the beta version's SEO to improve search engine rankings and attract more organic traffic.
Onboarding Process Optimization: Worked on optimizing the onboarding process to ensure new users had a smooth and engaging experience, increasing the likelihood of their continued use of the platform.
Competitor Analysis: Led a comprehensive competitor analysis for both international and Malaysian competitors, focusing on marketing aspects such as SEO, website quality, and content strategy.
Results:
Successful Fundraising: The improvements in the beta version's frontend and SEO optimization contributed to successful fundraising for the next six months.
Enhanced User Experience: The optimized onboarding process led to a more engaging and user-friendly experience, increasing user retention and satisfaction.
Market Insights: The competitor analysis provided valuable insights into the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, allowing Grainer to strategically position itself in the market.
