Last Will and Testament

1. NARRATION

2.4. Pending the distribution of my estate, my executors will have authority to carry on any business, enterprise, or partnership in which I may have an interest at the time of my death.
2.5. My executors shall have full and absolute power at their discretion to secure, repair, improve, or sell all or any property in my estate, whether by public auction or private sale, and shall have the right to allow any property in my estate to be in such terms and conditions. Conditions that will be in the best interest of my beneficiaries.
2.6. My executors shall have the authority to borrow money for any purpose related to the liquidation and administration of my estate, and may encumber any of the assets of my estate to that end.
2.7. My executors shall have authority to retain the services of attorneys, accountants, and other advisers as they deem necessary to assist with the execution of this Last Will and to pay reasonable compensation for their services from my estate.
3. DEBTS AND EXPENSES
I direct that any and all of my debts and expenses from my last illness due and payable, including funeral, memorial and burial expenses, expenses for the administration of my estate, all estates, inheritances and similar taxes payable with respect to the property included in my probate estate, including any interest and/or penalties, will be paid from my estate in accordance with the laws of ________________________, without proration or right of reimbursement from any beneficiary named herein in my will.
4. LEGACY

4.2. If at the time of mymy death any of the assets described in 4.1. is no longer in my possession or in part of my estate, then the bequest of said assets will be considered null and void and will no longer form part of this will.
4.3. If any of the persons named in 4.1. above do not survive me for 30 (thirty) days, the property bequeathed to such person will become part of the rest of my estate.
4.4. If any of the property described above is encumbered by a debt for which the beneficiary of said bequest does not wish to assume responsibility, such property will revert to the rest of my estate.
5. REMAINS OF PROPERTY AND RESIDUAL STATE
If any of my remaining assets or residual estate cannot be easily sold and distributed, then it may be donated to any charitable organization or organizations of my choice as executor. If any property cannot be readily sold or donated, my Executor may, without liability, dispose of such property as my Executor deems appropriate. I authorize my Executor to pay as expenses of administration of my estate the expenses of sale, publicity for the sale, packaging, shipping, insurance and delivery of said property.
6. SPECIAL REQUESTS

4.2. Si en el momento de mi muerte alguno de los bienes descritos en 4.1. ya no está
