Redesigned the structure and look & feel of multiple apps for a large logistics company, by improving proper UX & UI across workflows.

A group of 23 companies specializing in logistics services across Europe, with a main focus on:
Pest control (e.g., deratization)
Container gas measurement in transshipment ports
Vacuum packing of goods
Problem
Poor design, with unclear relationships between objects
Overwhelming reliance on cluttered tables for presenting information
Inconsistent and confusing UX, with unclear communication
Dated and unappealing visual design
Inefficient workflows that frustrated users
Overcomplicated features and excessive functionality in Microsoft Dynamics (used as the primary CRM), which led to wasted time and reduced efficiency
Solution
Refined the core workflows to better align with specific user needs
Adjusted and streamlined features to reduce complexity and improve usability
Overhauled the visual identity of all applications, including:
Enhancing the overall look and feel
Designing a more intuitive interface
Creating a cohesive and polished app experience, starting from the identity all the way to the final interface
