The Scenario

In April 2024, SER A CEO faced several obstacles that hindered its growth and mission:

Content Creation Challenges: The content produced lacked alignment with the brand’s identity, making it difficult to communicate its purpose effectively.
Inconsistent Social Media Presence: Posts were irregular, impacting visibility and engagement on key platforms.
Low Event Attendance: Even free events struggled to attract participants, signaling a disconnect with the audience.
Community Management Issues: There was no clear structure for organizing members or fostering their professional growth.
Founded in October 2023, BE THE CEO was designed to be a safe and professional space for women in leadership roles in law firms. However, to achieve its mission, it needed a comprehensive strategy to address these issues and build a thriving, engaged community.

Strategic Actions Taken

Content Revamp: A consistent communication strategy was implemented, producing high-quality content that resonated with the collective’s mission and brand identity.
Social Media Growth: Through planned and consistent posting, SER A CEO’s social presence flourished. The collective reached 92,469 impressions on LinkedIn and 64,600 on Instagram, growing its follower count to 2,314 on LinkedIn and 1,141 on Instagram.
Community Engagement: Strategic initiatives were introduced to better organize the community, resulting in stronger connections among members and higher participation in events.
Event Strategy: Tailored marketing and event planning helped boost attendance, aligning the collective’s activities with its audience’s needs.

The results

With these efforts, SER A CEO achieved remarkable growth in just 8 months:
447 women joined the collective, a milestone that would have taken 25 months without structured brand management.
The monthly in-person events not only sold out in less than 48 hours but also maintained a 95% attendance rate, demonstrating continuous interest and appreciation for this experience among community members, which had a positive impact on brand reputation and strengthening.
A total of 153 posts were developed for Instagram and LinkedIn, strategically crafted to enhance brand visibility, engage the community, and establish thought leadership in the legal sector.

The participation in FENALAW, Latin America's largest legal congress, boosted brand visibility with daily lectures by the co-founders and strong community engagement through exclusive discounts. Additionally, 12 articles were shared on FENALAW’s social media in 2024, reinforcing the brand’s thought leadership and presence in the legal sector.
