Challenge

The personal brand of the partner-director of Grupo Consumoteca, a consumer research company for brands, was struggling to gain traction on social media. Despite participation in numerous events, the content failed to engage the audience, and due to a busy schedule, timely posts were often missed.

Solution

To address this, we implemented a strategic solution focused on creating consistent weekly editorial themes and a well-planned content strategy to better understand the audience. Initially, the Instagram following was just 18,000.
We introduced weekly content, strategic editorials, a detailed content calendar, and proactive audience interaction. These actions helped the profile grow to 56,000 followers in just 6 months. Furthermore, the account was perfectly positioned to launch the first season of the podcast É tudo culpa da cultura, which, in its debut season, reached 8th place in the Society and Culture category on Spotify.
These solutions not only boosted the profile's growth but also elevated the brand's overall presence and engagement.
