Milebit is a logistics-focused mobile application built for truck drivers and fleet companies.
The goal was to design a unified digital platform that combines route planning, load tracking, fuel management, income tracking, driver ratings, and community features into one structured product ecosystem.
In addition to the mobile app, I designed and developed the marketing website in Framer to clearly communicate the product value and support user acquisition.
The Problem
Truck drivers and fleet operators often rely on multiple disconnected tools for navigation, payments, communication, and performance tracking.
This creates friction, inefficiency, and poor visibility across operations. The product needed to simplify these fragmented workflows into a clear and intuitive mobile experience while remaining scalable for company-level dashboards.
My Role
Lead Product Designer & Framer Developer
I was responsible for:
• Product UX architecture
• Mobile app interface design
• Feature structure and flow definition
• Driver and company user journey mapping
• Landing website design and development in Framer
• Scalable layout system for future updates
What I Designed
Mobile App
• Route planning system
• Load updates & tracking
• Fuel tracking module
• Income & money tracking
• Driver profile & rating system
• Community interaction features
• Company-facing dashboard structure
The focus was on simplifying complex logistics workflows into clear, task-oriented screens optimized for real-world usage.
Website (Framer)
• Product positioning strategy
• Landing page UX structure
• Feature breakdown sections
• Responsive layout system
• Conversion-focused structure
The landing was built to clearly communicate the multi-feature product while maintaining a clean and structured visual direction.
Product Thinking
The main challenge was balancing simplicity with system complexity.
Drivers needed a fast, intuitive interface, while the product still required structured backend logic for fleet operations and scalability.
I approached the design from a system perspective — ensuring each feature connected logically within the broader ecosystem instead of feeling like isolated tools.
Note: The website is live and actively used for product positioning. The mobile application is currently under development and scheduled for release in Q2.
