This case study showcases my expertise in data analysis, trend predictions, and innovative research methodologies.
Project Background Microsoft aimed to understand factors influencing customer behavior and preferences regarding gaming subscription services in Brazil and Mexico. I was tasked with delivering insights into consumer behavior, economic and cultural influences, financial technologies, and legal considerations affecting subscription success.
The research employed a mixed-methods approach, including secondary research, remote interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and logistical regression analysis. Key findings revealed critical insights into consumer behavior, recommendations for pricing model optimization, and the effective use of AI tools in research processes. Ultimately, my work enabled Microsoft to make informed, data-driven decisions, reduce research costs, and enhance future research capabilities, demonstrating my commitment to advancing methodological and technological innovation.
