A brief about the project
A prestigious sports education institute with a network of 11 campuses across 3 global regions were looking to transform their enterprise's digital eco-system to improve student and instructors experience, enhane administrative efficiency, integrate their isolated systems seamlessly and achieve transactional and statistical data reporting accuracy.

My responsibilities were to be the,
Enterprise Solution Architect: Transform their eco-system to meet their requirement and provide them with the best in the industry experience.
Product Leadership: Rollout our in-house built student information system in all of their campuses. Tailor the product use cases as per their unique requirements and develop new features to bridge the gaps.
Project Management: Own project planning, resource utilization and optimization plan, making sure of the budgeting, time and other constraints are kept under checked.
The execution
Conducted comprehensive requirement gatheirng workshops on-site to define the scope of work and conduct product fit-gap analysis.
Planned the implementation rollout sequences across campuses. Propsoed the best configurational model for all of their campuese.
Created the product roadmap with multiple feature ehnancements and new user stories. Prioritized roadmap as per the implementation rollout sequences, their usages and to maximize the resource optimization at our end.
Lead the brainstorming, ideation workshops, written user stories, collaborated with the UI/UX teams and handed over the requirements to the Dev/QA teams for development.
Managed the development sprints, provided them with the functional knowledge required to buiild the use cases correctly.
Performed audits of the developed features to ensure that the Dev shippment meets the definition of done.
Planned and Led the User Acceptance testing workshops with the end users and managed the bugfixing drive.
Rollout our product and other systems to add to the University's eco-system.
Provided Post Production Support for the end users. Managed training, guidance and bug fixing drives.
The achievements
Successfully rolled out our in-house built student information system across 11 campuses in two phases. The rollout resulted in savings of 2000+ working hours monthly in administrative , repetatitve tasks and bookkeeping activties and have made the business operations to be 3x faster.
Rolled out a new Learning Management System tailored to suit sports institute's needs
Integrated with eco-system's individual components throught Azure Active Directory to provied single sign-on experience.
Integrated Student Information System with Learning Management System to provide excellent user experience and convenience for the teachers. Reduced 5 hours of instructors's work into 2 minutes.
Provided automated government reporting to save 850 hours of work bi-annually.
