Festiva-Event Management Platform

Overview

Festiva is an intuitive event management platform designed to help event coordinators efficiently manage their events. The platform offers tools to track ongoing projects, monitor ticket sales, manage guest lists, interact with clients, analyze guest data, and collect event feedback.

My role in this project involved designing a brand pack and developing the web app UI, ensuring that the platform remained both visually appealing and user-friendly while adhering to brand guidelines. The goal was to create a seamless experience that allows event managers to navigate effortlessly and make data-driven decisions.

To enhance user engagement, I structured the interface to be dynamic and interactive, allowing event managers to navigate freely without a rigid, linear flow. Users can input information at their convenience, ensuring flexibility in event setup and management. The design incorporates a guided user experience where event managers are provided with step-by-step options, helping them make informed decisions.

I walked the user down each action by giving them options for next steps. Additionally, that users can move between sections freely, allowing them to manage/edit different aspects of their events without unnecessary restrictions or set pattern.

For event visibility and accessibility, I implemented multiple sharing options. Users can manually generate event links and share them directly with guests, making it easy to invite attendees. Additionally, event managers have the option to publish events online, allowing them to be discoverable by a broader audience. This feature enhances the platform’s reach and makes event promotion more efficient.

A key feature of the platform is real-time guest list updates, which automatically reflect new RSVPs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. By incorporating these analytical tools, Festiva empowers event managers to make data-driven decisions and optimize their event strategies.
