Diabetics Survey and Patient Tracking Platform

This project was created to aid field agents in collecting patient details while enabling administrators to efficiently track agent activity and data input. Additionally, it provides an interface for hospitals and patients to view and understand glucose levels, ensuring better health management.

As the product designer, I was responsible for:

Branding – Translating the client colour pallete into a visual identity and a scalable design library that aligns with the platform’s purpose and user needs.

Landing page, Web & Mobile App Design – Designing a seamless and intuitive interface for field agents, administrators, hospitals, and patients across all device breakpoints.

Data & Accessibility Compliance – Ensuring the design adhered to accessibility, data privacy guidelines and best practices for handling sensitive health information.

Simplified data collection for field agents, reducing errors and improving efficiency.

Provided administrators with a clear dashboard to track agent activity and data input.

Enabled hospitals and patients to easily interpret glucose level data, leading to better patient awareness and care.

This project reinforced the importance of designing for multiple user types, balancing usability with compliance. I gained deeper insights into data security considerations in health tech and the role of clear, accessible interfaces in improving user adoption.
