Local and home-based bakers often struggle to connect with customers beyond their immediate network, while customers find it difficult to order fresh, customized baked goods from trusted vendors. There was no streamlined digital platform to connect bakers directly with consumers, manage custom orders, and facilitate secure, real-time transactions.

I designed and developed BakeLink, a mobile-first platform that bridges the gap between bakers and customers. Using a user-centered design process, I began with user interviews to understand pain points, then mapped customer journeys and created intuitive interfaces. The result was a sleek, accessible app that allows:

Customers to discover bakers nearby, place on-demand or scheduled orders, and track deliveries in real-time.

Bakers to manage orders, customize offerings, receive payments, and grow their businesses with ease.
