They had a vision but lacked a distinct identity – a name that would encapsulate their passion for bourbon and barbecue. This is where my expertise came into play. Drawing inspiration from the core ingredients of bourbon and barbecue, a narrative rooted in simplicity and generational Southern techniques emerged. This led to the birth of "Oak and Embers." With the name set, I embarked on crafting a logo that encapsulated their vision, while the owners perfected their menu. The result? Within its first year, Oak and Embers gained local acclaim and was featured on the Food Network's "Michael Symon’s Burgers, Brew & 'Que."
