Agrippa is an AI-powered platform that strategically connects real estate developers with institutional investors. They had initial sketches of the product and were looking for us to design their brand identity and web application.‍

In order to understand how the UI should be structured, we dove into research to understand how commercial real-estate transactions work, the parties involved, and how deals get made. With so many complex variables, it was important to highlight the various steps that go into a deal and develop a hierarchy within each step, so that a new user can map the process to their real-world experience.

For the visual language, we worked with the founder's favorite red theme and designed illustrations that are bright and highlight aspects of real estate transactions. All-in-all the marketing website was designed around a clean, flat, and minimalist approach, highlighting the visuals and key value propositions through copy.
