GiddyOps is an application suite aimed at service provider businesses. It is a tool for administrators and managers to manage service providers, be those individuals like drivers and masseuses, or entire businesses like hair salons and dry cleaners.

The suite also enables service providers to manage their schedules, clients, payments, driver routes, and much more.

We came in at the very beginning and helped our client put together business and design requirements, information architecture and user flows. Due to the complex nature of the application suite, we took great care putting together nomenclature and navigation. We then worked on wireframes for each module and tested them on prospective users. Only after the application structure proved to have integrity, did we start putting together visual designs.

All-in-all we designed a highly functional and flexible platform that can be easily integrated with nearly every service provider business.
