primeLab is developing consumer-based applications on the NEAR blockchain. The goal of the project was to express a KYC process that a customer would go through when trying to purchase a product using their NEAR account. A second goal was to show how a business would manage the KYC process on their end. KYC applications are often complex and have a high drop-off rate.‍

We created a visually refreshing step-by-step flow that simplified a user's experience with the KYC process, and guided them smoothly through to the end, after which they would be able to get back into the flow of purchasing the intended product. The solution was rolled out for web and mobile.
