Commerce Operations Dashboard Starter

Operations teams often have usable data but no reliable way to turn it into a clear weekly decision. I built this self-initiated commerce dashboard to demonstrate that workflow with synthetic data only. The Next.js application validates incoming data at runtime, presents KPIs and trends in a responsive interface, and derives recommendations from the actual metric changes instead of displaying static advice. It also handles empty, loading, and recoverable error states, labels API responses as synthetic, and returns safe non-cacheable errors. A companion browser-only intake form converts eight answers into a structured technical brief and flags credential-like values before the user copies or emails it. The current suite passes 24 automated tests across five files. This is a technical demonstration, not a client deployment or evidence of business impact.
