Entrilia is a SaaS platform for private capital teams managing fund operations, investor data, reporting, accounting, and workflows.
The challenge was to explain a broad, technically complex platform while keeping the communication clear, structured, and credible for a sophisticated financial audience.
The Challenge
In private equity software, many products can look similar from the outside.
The real difference is in how those pieces work together.
The explainer needed to make that difference clear before the first sales conversation.
The Approach
The story was built around a simple shift: from fragmented fund operations to one connected platform.
Real product UI stayed at the center of the video, supported by restrained 3D design, structured transitions, and a deliberate pace.
The goal was not to overwhelm the viewer with features or abstract fintech visuals.
It was to make a complex system easier to understand while preserving the confidence and seriousness expected in the category.
My Role
I led the project through PING Studio, the creative studio I run.
I managed the project from the initial client conversations through production and final delivery, while taking responsibility for the creative direction, storyboard, visual system, and motion direction.
I also stayed hands-on throughout production and worked directly on key scenes.
The Result
The final explainer gave Entrilia a clearer way to introduce the platform to private capital teams, connecting fund data, documents, reporting, accounting, and workflows into one understandable product story.
The project received Video of the Day from Motion Design Awards.
