Project Overview
I crafted website copy for a modern e-learning platform built for professionals, tech learners, and anyone juggling a busy schedule. The platform offers expert-led courses that can be accessed anytime, anywhere either on mobile or desktop. The goal was to write sharp, benefit-driven copy that instantly communicates value, builds trust, and motivates visitors to take action.

Reinforce trust with benefits-focused messaging and ease-of-use across all device types.
Guide users through the experience from discovery to enrollment with clear, actionable microcopy.
Create a confident, helpful voice that speaks to time-strapped professionals and self-motivated learners.
Clearly communicate the platform’s key value: flexible, expert-led learning for busy lives.
Problem faced on the project
The initial site copy lacked personality, clarity, and structure.
It failed to explain how the platform actually worked or why it was uniquely suited to busy professionals and tech learners.
Navigation felt unclear, and calls-to-action weren’t leading to enough conversions.
Solutions to the problems
Optimized for skim-readers: short sentences, bold headlines, and natural flow between sections.
Rewrote button labels, navigation prompts, and sign-up CTAs to be more intuitive and motivating.
Created concise, benefit-focused sections that highlight course flexibility, mobile access, and industry credibility.
Wrote high-impact homepage copy that speaks directly to the audience’s needs: learning on their schedule, with real-world results.
Collaborated with the UI/UX designer to ensure seamless pairing between visuals and copy on both desktop and mobile.
Results
