Wecare needed a dashboard that let managers oversee employees, tasks, and company health at a glance — without feeling overwhelmed. The challenge was organizing dense data into a clean, scannable interface. I focused on information hierarchy, card-based layouts, and a calm color system that reduces cognitive load during long work sessions.
