CartMe - Scrum Master for a Non-Profit Orphan Donation Website

A class assignment where students were asked to create an Agile Project Management plan for a site that raises funds for Orphans

My Role: Scrum Master

• What worked
  • Clear Vision Statement: A well defined vision statement for CartMe 
  • User-Centric Approach and User stories: Adoption of a user-centric approach and creation of well-defined user stores helped in understanding the needs and expectations of different stakeholders 
  • Clear communication within the team: Clear communication allowed any possible disputes or miscommunications to be eliminated

  • Lack of solution description: Problem statement was not specific enough, making it difficult to create an effective, user friendly solution
