Cupcakes are the Answer is a Mental Health Awareness event based around the activity of Cupcake Decorating.
In light of school assignments and midterms, the organization decided that it was important that students have a space to de-stress and meet likeminded people in a shared space. As a Mental Health Awareness organization for University students it was important to have the event take place just before the stress of exams and assignments and to have all materials provided to students, creating a stressless experience.
Event also included foods and refreshments for students as well as a Photo Booth for students to capture a long lasting memories for participants.
This event was made possible with the collaboration of two other student groups that share similar goals and values.

In collaboration with the Marketing team, the Marketing team was asked to create event specific graphics that followed team branding and use imagery that would convey excitement in the activity of cupcake decorating.

Event cards placed on tables for participants to easily access information.
Other items created by the Marketing team include Food labels, Photo booth props, Event specific Photo booth strips, Presentation slides, Posters, Social Media Marketing Materials and Banners.
*The Events team was also involved with collaborating with the Finance team for budgeting, the administration team for event logistics, and the Education team for factchecking.
