🔍 My Role

I designed a full marketing automation and retention strategy for a home decir ecommerce company. Using raw sales data, I applied segmentation models (RFM), extracted purchase patterns by product category and season, calculated current LTV, and created a tailored 3-phase growth plan:
Phase 1: Reactivation by segment (Hibernating, At-risk, High-value)
Phase 2: Smart upselling and cart enhancement with AI
Phase 3: Subscription model launch ("DecoBox") and personalization flows
Each step included KPIs, customer journey flows, campaign examples, and financial forecasts with ROIs.
