Challenge: Bilr's AI-powered time tracking and legal billing platform needed a user-friendly interface that could handle complex data (timesheets, invoices, client records) without overwhelming attorneys who spend hours daily in the product.

Solution: Competitor analysis and UX research to understand how attorneys actually track time (spoiler: they hate it). Designed a clean dashboard with data visualization for billable hours, revenue tracking, and client analytics.
