eVerbary's B2B translation platform had outgrown its original UX. Complex multi-step workflows for project management, translator assignment, and quality review were causing friction, driving churn, and limiting lifetime value.
Solution:
UX research to understand where workflows were breaking down, then rebuilt the information architecture. Streamlined project creation, translator dashboards, and review pipelines.
Built data-dense views that show 12+ data points per project without requiring a scroll. Scalable design system with complete UI kit for engineering handoff.
Results:
LTV increased by 30% and churn dropped 22% after the redesign. The product had the features; it just needed an interface that let people actually use them without fighting the system.
