Fun onboarding, companion-led journey to feel safe without guardian, silly quiz, and end-ride with a intuitive confirmation sent to parent / guardian.

Buddy System: Kids pick a penguin companion who guides them through every step.
Easy Pairing: QR scan connects the kid’s app to the parent’s account instantly.
Minimal Setup for Kids: Name entry is all they do, rest is auto-filled by the parent.
Ride Tracking: Kids see driver info, ETA, and real-time ride updates.
Voice-based Actions: Kids can confirm identity, send voice updates, and communicate easily.
Emergency Support: One-tap help to call parents or Uber Safety if anything feels off.
Safety Nudges: Gentle reminders to wear seatbelts and follow ride protocols.
In-ride Engagement: Quizzes, games, and object-spotting to keep kids calm and occupied.
Post-Ride Check-in: Kids send a quick mood doodle to parents and rate their experience.
The entire experience is a 3-sided system syncing actions between parents, kids, and drivers.
Parent flow handles ride setup, live tracking, and emergency actions.
Kid flow is fully guided by a visual buddy, includes safety prompts, and limits decision fatigue.
Driver flow ensures verified guardianship and safe trip handling with post-ride feedback.
