Created an animated explainer video for ASC guiding users to contact support via WhatsApp.
ASC required a simple and effective way to guide users toward contacting customer support through WhatsApp, one of the primary communication channels in Puerto Rico.
The animated explainer was designed to visually demonstrate the contact process in a clear, friendly, and accessible way. Using illustration-based motion, the video simplifies the user journey, reduces friction, and reinforces trust while maintaining consistency with ASC’s brand identity.
The animation was optimized for digital placements, including social media, website embeds, and short-form video use.
