Dialpad is an AI-powered cloud communication platform and business phone system that provides organizations with the latest in VoIP telephony technology to keep teams connected and productive. The platform comprises three integrated products; Dialpad Talk for calling, Dialpad Contact Center for contact center management, and Dialpad Sell, which is an automated sales dialer. Dialpad combines voice, messaging, video, and meetings into a single platform that can be accessed from any internet-enabled device. It houses the latest cloud telephony technology including WebRTC and Opus codec to deliver an unrivalled level of VoIP call clarity.

Responsibilities: As the Project Manager for Dialpad Meetings and the Dialpad app, I led the localization of both platforms into 8+ languages, managing workflows through Smartling and collaborating with translators, internal teams, and reviewers to ensure high-quality results. I conducted detailed QA testing to address translation issues and improve the user experience across global markets. Partnering closely with product managers, I aligned quarterly objectives with company goals and facilitated clear communication between stakeholders. Additionally, I oversaw Interactive Voice Recordings (IVRs) and provided regular progress updates on translation projects, ensuring transparency and timely delivery. My proactive approach ensured a polished, user-friendly product that enhanced satisfaction and met diverse market needs.

Enhanced Localization Efficiency: Managed the localization of Dialpad and Dialpad Meetings into 8+ languages using Smartling, ensuring seamless user experiences across diverse markets.

Optimized Translation Workflow: Developed and maintained efficient translation workflows by collaborating with trusted translators, internal teams, and final reviewers to deliver high-quality localized content.

Quality Assurance Excellence: Conducted detailed QA testing for both apps, focusing on identifying and resolving translation-related issues to maintain a polished and user-friendly interface.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partnered closely with product managers to define and align quarterly objectives, facilitating clear communication and alignment with company goals.

Interactive Voice Recording Oversight: Led the management of Interactive Voice Recordings (IVRs) for both apps, contributing to a consistent and professional auditory experience for users.
