Data Management: Leveraged Google Sheets and Microsoft Office to manage and analyze lead data, track performance metrics, and create detailed reports. Ensured accurate data handling and effective reporting.
Team Management: As a Trainee Manager, supervised and mentored a team of junior lead generators. Provided training and support, leading to improved team performance and achieving campaign objectives.
