Objective:
To drive engagement and generate leads for a campaign aimed at addressing housing disrepair issues in the UK. The goal was to increase awareness of tenants' rights, support legislative changes, and connect individuals with relevant resources.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales: Utilized Primo Dialer and Vici Dialer to effectively reach and engage potential leads. Generated a high volume of qualified leads by identifying key prospects and following up on inquiries.
Data Management: Employed Google Sheets and Microsoft Office to manage and analyze lead data, track campaign performance, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Campaign Execution: Developed and executed targeted outreach strategies to increase campaign visibility and drive action among tenants and policymakers.
Team Management: As a Trainee Manager, supervised a team of junior lead generators, providing training, guidance, and support to enhance their performance and ensure the successful achievement of campaign goals.
Tools Used:
Primo Dialer: Efficiently managed call campaigns and tracked interactions to optimize lead conversion rates.
Vici Dialer: Facilitated high-volume outbound calling, ensuring effective communication with prospects.
Google Sheets: Organized and analyzed data, tracked leads, and reported on campaign progress.
Microsoft Office: Created presentations, reports, and documents to support campaign activities and internal communication.
