Susie Yorkie: Website Redesign for a Food Marketing Mentor
Susie Yorkie needed a website that presented her mentorship offers clearly and gave visitors an easier path to learn about her work, book a call, or join a program.
The existing site had an outdated visual direction, uneven hierarchy, and no clear route from the homepage to an offer.
My role
I redesigned the website in Figma, defining the page structure, visual direction, typography, and key call-to-action placements.
What I changed
Clearer page structure
I reorganized the homepage around her work in food marketing mentorship, so visitors could understand the offer and find the next step without working through competing messages.
A more consistent visual direction
I paired soft neutrals with higher-contrast accents, introduced Inter and Playfair Display, and used photography to support a professional but approachable tone.
More visible paths to action
I designed navigation and page sections around the main actions available to visitors: booking a call, joining the mentorship, and accessing free guides.
A usable handoff
Alongside the design, I delivered a PDF guide covering content updates, design guidelines, and email-integration considerations.
