RPX is a pioneer in integrated logistics delivery (one-stop logistics) with over 30 years of experience in Indonesia. We support industries and trade in both domestic and international goods exchange, including land, air, and sea transportation worldwide, logistics contracts, supply chain management, as well as transit warehousing and logistics. RPX brings delivery innovations that support business processes, providing meaningful experiences for customers to ease the delivery process.
📋 Problem Statement
When shipping goods, the main goal is to find the most economical option. But the problem is, that you often have to check multiple websites and apps to get the best prices. Plus, it's hard to find services that offer overseas delivery with door-to-door pick-up.
✨ Solution
How might we create a platform that simplifies the process of finding the most economical shipping option by aggregating rates from various providers? Additionally, how might we make it easier for users to access overseas delivery services with door-to-door pick-up?
💡 Develop a user-friendly shipping app that simplifies the process of comparing rates, provides door-to-door pick-up for both domestic and international shipments, and offers expedited delivery services to streamline shipping for users.

I performed a thorough analysis of both direct and indirect competitors for the Anjelo App. I identified three local delivery services
(JNE, JNT, & Sicepat) and three international shipping providers (DHL, Lion Parcel, and SAP Express) to evaluate their feature sets, information architecture, UX/UI practices, and visual style. This analysis provided valuable insights into best practices to adopt and areas to improve upon.✦ Let's break down the research results:
