This project is developed for Ladbrokes. Sportsbook is an online betting application for different sports like horse racing, football, tennis, greyhounds, golf, cricket, etc. The task involves implementation of front end development and integration of new functionalities such as TeamTalk and RacingPost feed integration in addition to that converting the whole site into responsive design for supporting multiple devices
Technologies:
Photoshop, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP.
Responsibilities:
• Part of 20-member team and coordinated with all Dev and QA work items for front end development
• Taken complete responsibility of design specifications and resolved Pri1 issue on release window
• Implemented responsive design for horse-racing event details page
• Created sprite images to minimize the network traffic
• Optimized the graphic design for better web access in terms of easy user accessibility and experience
• Did the performance tuning on JavaScript plugins to increase page loading speed and performance
• Worked in a java-script framework and created new functionalities without affecting the existing behavior
• 24/7 Support for all Pri1/2 issues and trouble shoot till issue gets resolved
• Taken owner ship on CSS, JavaScript libraries and Images,
• Supported in implementation of DOM structure in JSP to get the desired output
• Interacted with client on Technical queries they had on UI design and suggested various approaches on how to implement responsiveness in we lay-out
• Owned complete control on front-end development and maintenance which is significant to maintain the style guides of the Client.
• Prepared UI Design flow document and style guides
• Ensured fine code quality for Project by maintaining the standards
• Completed all taken tasks in time
