responsibilities

• Creating a UX vision and UX for the first platform-agnostic user profile MVP.
• Designing an emotional yet effective profile experience by improving the architecture, flow and accessibility.
• Shaping product & design strategy by analysing market trends & previous projects and collaborating with product leadership and many other stakeholders.
• Contributing to the creation of a new design system to ensure consistency across different products & services.



First Iteration

• Collaborating in a highly ambiguous environment without a product manager and with multiple stakeholders: Product requirements and goals changed frequently throughout the project, requiring many rounds of alignment.
• Balancing emotional and functional design to create interfaces that are not only intuitive and easy to use, but also sensitive to the emotional state of users who may be experiencing health concerns or symptoms.
• Navigating regulatory and compliance requirements while still providing a seamless user experience.
• Ensuring accessibility for users with disabilities.
• Platform agnosticism: Ensuring consistency across different platforms while optimising the user experience for each platform's unique characteristics and constraints.
