One Uptown Logo & Brand Guide

One Uptown is the commercial half of a mixed-use development in Austin that includes a connected luxury apartment community. The logo includes a mark derived from the unique vertical spines on the building’s exterior. They represent upward movement, both literally and figuratively. The brand palette is inspired by the integrated natural elements at play in the design of the property, including sky, sunlight and greenery.
